I’m a Project Program Manager, Service Delivery Manager with a strong, wide, and in-depth technical background. With more than 14 years of experience in the IT field. and since 2011, I have managed experts, delivered more than 500 successful projects, through 8000+ man-days of working, delivering valuable up and running services within time and budget.
Experience and result-oriented approach, side by side with professionalism and teamwork I achieved a strong record of accomplishment in developing and implementing successful strategic business plans, demonstrating a strong technical, leadership, business, communication, presentation, and analytical competencies.
I hold a Doctorate in Business Administration DBA in Operation Management, and Master in Business Administration MBA in Strategic Management. I also have an academic study in Agriculture Economics and open study in Project Management and IT field to comprehend CCNA, MCSE, MS Exchange, OCS, Lync, Sonus, NET and Quintum media gateways.
I’ve provided Solutions Architecture, Design, and even administration on VoIP communication systems – as a Consultant – and Project Management, Project Planning, Risk Analysis and Scope, Cost and Schedule Management to several IT Infrastructure, Unified Communications, Visualization and Cloud. – as a Project Manager.
